What is your shipping policy?

Please allow 2 - 3 days Monday - Friday to send out your prints. Please allow extra time if you have purchased during a promotion.

For the larger A2 size expect to wait 7-10 days as we use a third party to Giclee print the artworks.

Housekeeping

Due to the nature of our products all prints are non returnable. Please check your items once they have arrived. Should you receive a faulty/damaged item please send an email to sophie@sophiewardstudio.com including a picture of your damaged goods. 
We will either resend the damaged goods or refund these items.

International Customers

Please get in contact with us on the if you are a customer outside the UK and wish to purchase a print.
